XON
“Global Transaction Security → Don’t Move Value. Secure It”
XON is a mathematical approach to solving a fundamental global problem
The High Cost of Trust
In large and sensitive transactions, escrow and other similar services protect capital and assets, but they also require their owners to move vast amounts of it — collectively hundreds of billions globally — for days, weeks or months (and in some instances, years) at a time to the custody of third parties
On top of onerous fees, these third parties often keep some or all of the income/yield generated by the protected capital or asset during the ‘locked’ period, preventing this income from being used by their actual owners for other opportunities
The overall cost of safeguarding capital and assets through traditional means therefore is often magnified and compounded by this massive hidden ‘opportunity cost’
Add to this other systemic problems such as;
Fragmented payment processes
Slow and inconsistent compliance
Opaque and multiple fee schedules
Custody agent insolvency risks
Outdated payment release mechanisms
Removal of liquidity from the capital or asset owners’ direct balance sheet, weakening their financial position
…and you have a system that bleeds value, time and opportunity on a global scale. In summary, during this locked period:
►Income is lost
►Capital is displaced
►Costs become onerous
XON is a trustless, institutional-grade, global transaction security infrastructure
Its sophisticated non-custodial technical framework delivers enterprise-scale transaction security, strategic agility, deal velocity and real-time certainty, while keeping capital or assets (and the income they generate) exactly where they belong → with their actual owners
Non-Custodial Infrastructure
XON is a Technical Service Provider (TSP), delivering staged and programmable (automated) orchestration logic for complex, mission-critical capital and asset deployments for multiple counterparties, across multiple jurisdictions, currencies, financial securities and other high-value controllable assets worldwide
XON does this without ever taking custody or control of the capital or assets, holding signatory authority over related accounts or initiating or intermediating any payments or other financial transactions. It acts solely as a neutral facilitator of party-led execution
Mathematical Certainty: Logic Driven Security
XON operates on a basis of autonomous, systemic transparency and disintermediated work-flow, where security is rooted in the precision National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standardised mathematical logic and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), rather than on human action
Within this non-custodial architecture, secured capital and assets are encapsulated within a bankruptcy-remote legal structure, effectively insulating them from the insolvency of their legal owners
XON’s specialised AI engine, Nexus, orchestrates its proprietary security protocols and is built for complex, multi-party transactions. Nexus does not control or move value but ensures that when value needs to be moved by the relevant authorised parties, that this is carried out only through multiple unassailable Fast IDentity Online 2 (FIDO2) based authorisations from the parties. This verifiable and audited PQC-based security architecture ensures that no single party — including XON itself — has the unilateral means or the ability to move any XON Secured capital or assets
By replacing human action with automated and structural legal underpinnings and technical guardrails, XON provides a trustless framework of verifiable certainty that eliminates the systemic risks of human error, malfeasance and the unauthorised movement of secured value
Deal Velocity
XON accelerates deal velocity by reducing third-party bottlenecks and custodian lag that stalls or slows deals down. It provides the strategic agility to transform security from a defensive hurdle into a competitive advantage that helps to close deals faster
The bottom line: All of this ensures that value remains secured under the custody of their owners until the precise moment of deployment
Any Bank, Anywhere
XON delivers its solutions through a standard bank account that any bank in the world can provide to its business, corporate or retail customers. It is called the XON Secured Account
There is a fundamental tension between your money being ‘locked in someone else's bank account’ versus it being ‘locked in your own’
Traditional escrow demands the physical displacement of your capital or assets, forcing you to cede possession to a third party. This often results in a direct loss of control, a forfeiture of yield and the removal of the asset from your balance sheet/books
XON replaces this displacement by securing your capital or controllable assets within your existing banking or asset intermediary environment. This provides comparable safeguards and security outcomes to traditional corporate escrow — but without the erosion of your balance sheet strength, income/yield or exposure to custodian insolvency and operational bottlenecks
The Power of On-Balance Sheet Retention
Since your capital or assets remain in your own account under your own name, they remain as primary ‘On-Balance Sheet’ assets. While these assets are secured for a specified duration, they continue to support your total financial position and balance sheet strength
This is a critical distinction because unlike traditional escrow, which requires the removal of capital from your books, XON allows you to maintain the integrity of your financial profile, banking and transactional relationships. This is a vital factor for:
Credit Ratings: Maintaining high total asset values on your own books
Corporate Solvency: Improving debt-to-equity and other key financial ratios
Banking and Financial Relationships: Leveraging the presence of your capital to enhance your institutional standing and secure optimised rates with existing providers
Yield Retention: Ensuring that any income generated by the asset stays with their owners
In simple terms: XON enables you to maintain your financial dexterity and overall standing with credit and rating agencies who prioritise the composition and status of your total On-Balance Sheet values when assessing the strength of your liquidity
XON operates on a flat 1% per-annum, pro-rata service fee
This unlocks substantial financial benefits for you while costing you on average approximately the equivalent of 3 months of lost income/yield in a typical corporate escrow arrangement
There are no other fees (i.e. no set-up, upfront, recurring or any other fees) charged by XON* and for prolonged locked periods, the total fee can be capped after an agreed duration
*This excludes any external third-party fees and charges, such as bank transaction fees, currency conversion spreads, etc, that are outside of XON’s scope
XON’s speed, low-cost and flexibility has the potential to reshape the nature of multi-trillion capital and asset flows between nations, corporations and individuals → without ever moving the underlying funds or assets
XON doesn’t replace the legal, financial or other professionals who govern global trade and supply chain logistics, capital-intensive developments and infrastructure undertakings, high-value M&A transactions, etc — it provides them with a new, sophisticated and powerful tool
While they verify and execute deals, XON helps to the secure the related capital and assets where they are normally held — ensuring that the moment the deals are closed, payments and asset transfers can flow with real-time certainty and zero-custody risk
For the world’s largest and most sensitive transactions, XON isn’t just a much needed upgrade, it’s a strategic advantage → at scale
TRANSACTION EXAMPLE
£10m over 90 days
ESCROW
Traditional corporate escrow typically costs around £5,000 in fees and your money is moved out of your bank account for the duration
Escrow services usually keep all (or in some cases, a large part) of the income/yield generated by your money (parked in their account) during this time
At an average 4% annual rate where yield is fully withheld by escrow, you lose roughly £100,000 in income over this 90-day period. Combined, your total economic cost (fees + opportunity cost) is around £105,000
XON
By contrast, XON keeps your money in your own account, so the full £100,000 of income continues to accrue to you
Its only charge is a 1% p.a. pro-rata fee for the 90-day period (£25,000 in this example)
Your net benefit from using XON is roughly £180,000 (an overall cost reduction for you of more than 76%) — with XON delivering similar functional escrow-equivalent security, without ever taking custody of your money and with no loss of certainty, speed or flexibility for you
Note 1: The ‘net benefit’ is the delta between the fees + opportunity cost of escrow versus the flat fee of XON. It's your total ‘financial turnaround’ — the total swing from a guaranteed loss in escrow to a substantial gain with XON. In this example:
If you use escrow, you are minus £105,000 (A) in total
If you use XON, you are plus £75,000 (B) after paying XON
The delta (swing) between those two outcomes (B minus A) is £180,000
Note 2: Even if an escrow service agrees to pay 75% of the income to you, your total economic cost of £30,000 (£25,000 in lost income + £5,000 in fees) would still be more than that of XON
Furthermore, if an escrow service agreed to such a split (which is ordinarily unlikely unless you have a strong relationship with them), their base fees would likely be much higher than £5,000 to compensate for the loss of the split income. Moreover, all other problems with traditional escrow will remain the same
In contrast, you'll just pay a flat fee of £25,000 to XON, with none of the operational friction or loss of control associated with escrow
OUTCOME
This is the structural financial advantage
XON removes the drag, preserves the yield, cuts the cost and delivers similar (and in some instances, far better) security without ever taking custody of your money or assets
You (in this example) still earn £100,000 from the account while only paying XON £25,000. This means that you are effectively ‘getting paid’ £75,000 to use XON instead of escrow
For serious and sensitive transactions, the economic and competitive difference isn’t marginal → it’s transformative
